Our office is certified to provide the DOT medical certification examination to truck Drivers. Our office was designed to provide this service with little, to no wait, so that you do not waste your valuable time "sitting in the office waiting to be seen". Our DOT examination fees are very affordable, so that your out-of-pocket expense is limited. When you come in for a DOT examination, please bring a copy of your current DOT certificate, a list of any medications that you are currently prescribed, and a list of any previous surgeries; additional information may be required based on your medical history. Records of recent lab tests and CPAP readouts should also be presented at the time of the exam. Please refrain from drinking any beverages containing caffeine, such as coffee, soft drinks, or tea, for several hours prior to the exam since they may cause a short term increase in blood pressure. Smoking can have a similar effect, so please limit any smoking prior to your exam. This will help prevent many blood pressure issues that may arise during your DOT physical.
